Why have I been left on delivered?

I’ve been seeing this guy for little over a month. Everything was going great, we went on dates, we’d make out, he’d compliment me and ask me about my day. The last time I heard from him was 5 days ago. His read receipts are on and he’s active on social media but he’s left me on delivered. Honestly would rather be left on read at this point. I’m not interested in him anymore after this but just confused why someone would do that.

Girls always want this both ways. They aren't interested/don't care but they MUST know WHY some guy did something. First of all, if he doesn't contact you there is almost zero chance you will get an answer. Second, if you do get an answer it will likely be a lie. So why bother wasting time thinking about it?

Be cool and let him reach out to you. Maybe if you don’t contact him it will get him to make a move. But on the other hand do you want to be with someone that plays games? Maybe he has a good reason just wait and see
