There’s a guy who I thought was attracted to me at the gym but he’s stopped staring altogether. I wanted to give him a note. Should I still do it?

He used to stare and smile and sometimes compliment me but it all came to a halt all of a sudden. It could be I wasn’t reciprocating and he moved on. I wrote him a note with my details on it so we can connect, clarifying that maybe we didn’t start off strong, but I’m nervous and don’t think I should. If he’s not interested anymore I’ll feel stupid. When I look at him he like pretty much ignores my eye contact and barely acknowledges me. Then again I was ignoring him too because I never think guys are actually serious or interested in me.
Should I give him the note or move on and forget him?

Maam generally it happens when the same feelings didn't get reciprocated or when the guy thinks that u aren't interested in him.

I smiled at him when I last saw him like 2 weeks ago. I kept my gaze and kept smiling and he was initially walking another direction but stopped and then ended up walking past me, and I thought he was going to come talk to me but he didn’t. Also I did sort of look away though once he started walking past. LOL I don't know!

Yeah he’s always working or on a phone call. I don't know if he’s shy cuz he talks to the guys a lot and seems outgoing or comfortable. I never see him with a girl though.

I look the same if not better than before. He used to compliment and stare at me. The girls he stared at did have nice butts but that was it LOL. He just doesn’t stare as openly at me anymore now but still glances.

😅 I just wanted it to be private but okay... so my situation is I've been eyeing this guy for years on and off. I finally started eyeing him down and smiling at him... I did get his attention. Wed glance at eachother frequently too... I only see him once a week smh and he wasn't at the gym today. So I feel very discouraged.. and now I feel I'm chasing and stalking him when he's probably not interested

Okay I definitely don’t think our crushes think we’re as much of stalkers or chasers as much as we think we’re being. Putting yourself physically near him isn’t creepy just don’t do it every single time or he might catch on.
I’d say do what I’m going to do and just write him a note “hey! I think we got off on the wrong foot. I would love to chat sometime.” If you’re eyeing him this much then I’d say make a move but then let him lead from there. And just be patient.

That’s such a hard situation when you’re attracted to someone but don’t know if they like you back. But if you like your guy enough then make a move by saying hi or maybe asking him if he’s using a certain machine, maybe ask how to adjust it for you. Unfortunately we have to step outside our comfort zone with this.

Giving him a note would be a mistake on your part. If he's interested, he'll approach you. If he's too "shy", which really means afraid, then he's not the guy you want anyway.
