Should I ask a guy whom I have seen in my college campus but don't know him personally? Will it be creepy?

I have never been in a relationship ever neither have I gone on a date before. So what if he says yes and then I just don't know how to keep the conversation flowing during the date. What if we don't have any common interests or what if he finds me boring or what if he is out of my league or what if he says yes just for the sake of it and not because he wants to? I don't know if I am a relationship type of person but i am not into casual flings because I really crave for the emotional connection

Haha, you are overthinking just do "leap of faith". Most of my girls were strangers to me before we were together. Communication is something which is "mystery" for all, and you could never know do you have it or no, unless you go on date (or casual "standing") and talk about stuff.
Sometimes everything is good, you have attraction, chemistry but lack of common communication. It is something without "middle", it is yes or no, always. :D

You're overthinking. There's lots of "what ifs?" and possibilities for anyone and any relationship. Yes those are all possible, or he could end up being the perfect guy for you. You just have to take the chance and find out. But don't sabotage it by over thinking it before it even happens. Just go up to him, say hi, you've seen him around and were wondering if he'd be interested in grabbing a coffee or something with you? Good luck! :)

Very unlikely, and if he is, especially if he's around your age (23?), then all that says is how incredibly immature HE is. And you can search questions on this site and see for yourself, but many (most) guys would LOVE to be asked out. Even if we're not interested back, we'd love to be asked and respect her courage.
