Why did he looked first in my eyes then down at my lips and why did he looked at my bra straps?

This guy is from the garage and i really like him but i dont know if he likes me back. He really does things for me and always asks if everythings alright and is just very caring and gentle. He also holds the door open for me and wants to close it too when im through it. I see him also staring/looking at me when im not looking.

he also looked, when we were really close, in my eyes and then down my face, i dont know if it was my nose he were looking at or my lips cuz it was really intense. We were just talking but standing close to each other and when we heard our song i looked up at him in the eyes and he looked at my in the eyes too, then he looked down for 3 seconds and he looked away.

I was also touching my bra staps because it was constantly moving so i was touching it and later he looked at what i was doing, at my bra strap and fingers and he just looked at ut for some seconds too then looked away fast and walked away to get something and came back fast ofcourse cuz we work together.

So can you tell what was happening?
