What does it mean when he only follows a bunch of random girls?

I don’t have a boyfriend or anyone right now but I remember that there was this guy, he started Dming me on instagram and long story short, things didn’t work out between us. I remember that I thought that I liked him but he wasn’t all that attractive after all. I ended up ghosting him because he led me on for a long time and that he would never really commit to me. Last weekend he asked me to go out with him for a drink but he bailed on me the week before so I just never responded to his text messages anymore. I didn’t even bother saying I wasn’t interested because in the past when I would explain myself, he would try to convince to not give up and (inserts more stupid excuses here) but yea whatever I ghosted him, blocked his number and I unadded him on all social media.

Well I checked his instagram followers and literally 95% of them are random females which makes sense because that is where he met me after all. Now don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with having friends of the opposite sex but all of these girls are clearly random and it’s not like they went to school together. It just seems so strange to want to add a bunch of people you don’t know.. I also saw him as a recommendation to follow on TikTok and he follows 4k people and they’re all girls …. Did I dodge a bullet here?
