So I started rping with this guy about 2 months in a gaming server ago and now after face times and dms we're gonna meet up and we're actually kinda interested in each other. I remember the way we got to know eachother in the server and got micro interested was bc he would bring me gifts and I would give him gifts back but his in-game gifts were much more expensive/better than the ones I would give him. I then said I just wanna give u something good and he said like "dw I am the man/guy and I'm supposed to get gifts or supposed to be the one that gets u gifts" which was (at the time which was 2 months ago) a turn off, however i wasn't THAT interested in him at the time so I shrugged it off and asked him (in a funny demanding) just bc he's a man does he think he's the only one allowed to bring/give gifts? He instantly shook his head in game meaning that he was all for girls giving gifts too. I don't know now that we're actually gonna meet up I reminded myself of that little comment which sounded a little sexist but it might've just been rp or what not. He's also never been sexist towards me nor anyone, nor is he homphobic and rspects people's pronouns and believes that i as a woman can achieve and do things so maybe I am overthingking, am I?
