Do guys ever lie to you about what they want?

Some certainly will. So will some women. The key for women is to never try to trade sex for commitment. When you have sex with a man, what you get is sex. So only have sex because you want to have sex. Then you can never be "played".

I'm sure they do as do girls. I am not exactly sure as to why or to what benefit as me personally do not. I'm very blunt and honest so much to where it sometimes gets me in trouble, but hey at the end of the day at least I was honest...

However if that person is simply telling a lie to make a small situation better for you than I do not see much harm in that since it's potentially diverting what could manifest into a "bigger deal" than necessary type situation.
