My boyfriend won't stop complaining about his health and does Nothing?

he says that after 40 health goes down every time I see him he starts with:my knee hurts, i broke my tooth, my back hurts, i can't sleep well, i think i have stomach flue, i have hernia, i have weird bulk on ny forehead, i have artrosis...
Basically he feels like falling appart
Why he tells me this? I though men want to look always manly and healthy in front of a woman. I dont find that sexy at all, that he complains all the damn time.
I had a thought he could be cheating (we had little argument last month) but then I hear him say all that, Im like:"such a loser guy can't be flirting with other women while feeling like shit"?

Yeah he really needs help. I think he kinda feels depressed. I surely think his eating habits are not up to the mark and doesn't excercise. He might be too indulged in his work and always feel stressed about it
