Did you know artists are taught to draw female figures as triangles and circles. Having a triangular shaped torso is normal for a girl and quite nice I might add.
From the pic, everything looks in good order to me. Guys are hard wired to like a hip waist ratio of 0.6 to 0.65 (in the plan view by the way) and few girls are outside that in fact. With you standing angled it is a bit harder to tell but you have a nice ratio going.
Shoulder to waist or hip isn't really a thing. Your nicely sized breasts - not too big, not too small - are what I notice and not your shoulders and I am pretty sure every guy will be the same as me.
As you are very concerned about your shoulders do one simple test. In bare feet, stand upright and just let your arms dangle without any muscle tension in them at all. Do your arms touch your hips? If so, you're ok Lady.
I see you are under 18, so being hyper critical of your body comes with the territory. Guys vary a lot in what we like. I can be walking along the street and a friend says 'Awww. She's hot' but I am left cold. We are highly variable in what we like. I news notices from Daily Mail and there are always pics of celebs sizzling photos. I'm a guy so I take a look but I am always disappointed. Seen much better looking girls on my local street. At most the celebs were showing a lot of flesh is all.

No, it’s a very unflattering body type. I see women built like that in the gym and I feel bad for them. They always have these husky, beefy broad shoulders and backs and these weird, square little hips and shapeless, blocky looking ass and legs. If it makes you feel any better I’ve seen women built like this who still had boyfriends and looked to be in good relationships, at least from what I saw when I’d see a couple in the gym working out together. I mean I wouldn’t find them attractive, but obviously someone does.
Body shape is neutral. If you maintain a healthy weight, have a nice looking face and hair, someone will find you attractive.

there is no single female body type that all guys enjoy many have a few they like over the rest. so honestly just find a way to be healthy and secure in your own body. because having confidence in your natural looks. while having a enjoyable attitude and personality will attract a better quality of guy.
That picture is the hourglass shape. Hourglass just means thinner at the waist and roughly equal at the hips and chest. Why are so many females insecure? Stop worrying, you probably haven't even finished growing yet, and even if you have, the preferences of people vary so much that no matter what you look like, there will always be people who think you are georgous, and people who think you are ugly, and everywhere in-between. It's really not worth stressing over, let alone hating yourself.
I think that’s the body of the swimmer, it’s a natural healthy body shape. You can pass easily for a sporty person, I think you can valorise yourself through your upper body, maybe styling your hair. You can also wear something valorising your small waist, like a tight dress.
I think every body type has its peculiarities, its strengths and its weaknesses and there’s no point in hating themselves, no one decides its body shape before born.
The picture shown looks more hourglass to me. If you look remotely like that, you have nothing to worry about.
