I have this close male friend for years lately his behaviour has changed. he’s doing silly things like holding my arm while talking to me, loads of eye contact when he thinks I’m not looking, playfully teasing me , he cancels his plans to spend time with me, he notices silly things like new jeans etc and always compliments on how I look, the other day when say I’m g goodbye he hugged me and planted a single kiss on my cheek he walked me to my car and before closing the door he blew a kiss into me !!! what does he mean by all this? can I get an op ion please!!!

Seems to me he likes you. (assuming you're interested) You could play along and blow kisses back or you hold his hand if you guys go out. Ya know, if there's accepted mutual flirting, you're pretty much already dating.
