I have a crush on a guy and well we've made out and like been flirty and the like but he says he can't be emotionally available for me but I believe he likes me or at least he acts that way so what is it really? Well, it sounds like he's giving you an excuse so he can still have you and not have to put the work in to be boyfriend material. Well I guess time will tell.
