How to standout to guys?

Genuinely I’m never seen guy guys true story I’ve walking around in ballgown before never got even a glance. I’m an introvert but for my entire life people have never really acknowledged me and at this point in just lonely. When I walk around my neighborhood they’re are a ton of kids my age but somehow when I’m out I never see anyone. I don't even have any rumors or anything about me people forget I’m there most of the time. I dress my best everyday (cute outfit, hair done, makeup done, still nothing) What can I do?

About the ballgown thing since someone else used that as a reason why people wouldn’t like me: The ballgown was for Halloween. No one else gave any effort (ie barely anyone dressed) and I lost to a girl in a everyday outfit (jeans tee shirt) who had a price of paper on that had princess peach written on it. I wore a 50s pink gown I’d thrifted, a blond wig, and a crown. I felt like complete shit.

Rather than waiting to be noticed for how you look, find ways to be noticed in other ways. You can comment on things guys say or do, letting them know what impresses you about it. You can also get involved with groups (service clubs, interest organizations, non-profits, etc.). Take on a role of responsibility, so people can see you in action. Actions are more likely to hold people's interest over time than looks. When the newness of the look wears off, there's nothing else holding the relationship together, so it dissipates.

Do you have any quirky behavioral traits that keep people away? Sometimes, people believe in guilt by association, so they don't want to associate with anyone who isn't seen as socially acceptable. As I suggested, find a new scene to reinvent yourself... where no reputation has preceded you.

Look at a town at night from a distance it's the blinking light that stands out from the thousands of others. You want to add a little extra flair and movement but don't go overboard.
