Is my coworker harassing me and what should I do?

My male coworker is sending me sexually explicit messages (asking to see my ass, says I should go in bed with him), has pictures (selfies) saved on his phone, sends pictures and messages about me to his friends, bullied me about a project and said it was so easy and was concerned that I was confused about it, and wouldn’t really offer to help, told me he’s resigning in a month, told me not to escalate any issues to my manager because that’s bringing problems rather than solutions, etc. gave me examples of why no one should “mess with him,” said he’s a sapiosexual and that I didn’t make him “hard” because he thought I was stupid and did a horrible job in my interview. I’m scared of him. I don't know what to do. We’re not dating but he told an ex coworker that we are. He keeps telling me he likes me and misses me, etc.

If you're not reciprocating and you've got documented proof (messages) then go to H. R. and get rid of him. Sounds like someone that causes more problems than he solves.

He manipulating you with LIES and that is stopped by telling management, and you need to tell your main manager what he said to you about going to management

I’m scared because I never told him to stop and also I went along with a lot of things he said because he groomed me to. He also told me my position is like a pledge for a frat and so it’s not as important making me feel like he’s superior.

Even though if you went along with things, you can still have the freedom to stop associating with him out of work in your peroneal life and tell him your no longer interested in going along with him sexually, as is obvious he doesn't truly care about you, how he's bulling you

Good! Proud of you. There will be many people that will make you feel like you doing this will "cause too many problems", but that would just empower this guy to do it again. Take those text messages and show HR for sure.
