I started a new job a couple of months ago. I won’t like I work with a bunch of women who aren’t unattractive. I’ve been told many times that I’m pretty or beautiful or whatever. I don’t think guys are ever flirting with me. There’s this older man maybe in his 40s or 50s who takes the trash out for us at night so we don’t have to walk alone. He seems really nice and protective.
There are multiple nights where I’m closing the store alone ( I’m a receptionist ) and sometimes I’ll see him walk past and wave at me through the window. but only if I’m with other customers. The other day I was closing alone and there were no customers and he stuck his head inside the store smiling and asked how I was doing and how was everything going. Someone else was there with me so he eventually left.
I tell my mom everything and went home and told her and she gave a whole lecture and seemed really uncomfortable with the situation. She told me not to trust him or let my guard down with him. For me he seems like a nice guy and doesn’t give a creepy vibe at all but I also watch crime stories on YouTube lol so I know what happens.
I don’t know what to do. Should I watch out for him?
