Girls, Creepy or insecure, or is being insecure creepy?

Not sure where I'm going wrong. I "feel" like girls view me as creepy or maybe i just view myself that way. I say "feel" since for most part any of these girls I'm referring to are girls that I'm just too much of a nervous wreck to actually talk to.. I'm pretty avoidant and embarrassed of it. There's a few girls at work that whenever their in my sight I'll immediately make sure that no eye contact is made on my end, and I always look down or almost through the person being more focused on where I'm going. I dont smile or speak. At this point I'm just uberly embarrassed by my behavior and I'm wondering how noticeable this is.. and when it is noticed, am I looked at as creepy or just a flat out punk? Is there a way start up an interaction after a year of this behavior towards someone? And what about on Instagram,, is it creepy to follow a person, like there pictures and watch stories without interactions. I've been blocked by 2 girls,, kinda hurt my feelings lol, especially since I don't know what I did.

You can be insecure, but it becomes a pain when you start trying to drag other people down because of your own fault in dealing with yourself. Admit you have problems, but don’t expect people to submit to your demands just because you have a problem. When you start trying to control the other person, that’s when it gets creepy. It also shows a lack of trust in the relationship and tends to go alongside emotional/verbal/physical abuse.

You can be quiet and not talkative and still be polite, it doesn’t make you creepy. If you aren’t polite and are quiet and not talkative, it can appear standoffish and rude, but not necessarily creepy.

I would say following people, especially those you don’t know or have a good relationship and liking all their stuff is creepy.
