Why are guys like this?

There is this guy that I somewhat like and I met him on hinge. Ironically, we go to the same university and live in the same apartment. I am currently a law student while he is about to go to grad school. He came to my apartment the other day to talk but ever since that we just been texting. I think he is shy however he always says he busy but he will plan something for us which he doesn't. My question is what should I do? Should I give it more time or should I just move on? I understand he's busy but this stressful at the same time. He also takes a while hours to respond. However we text everyday. So I don't know if im doing too much or overthinking. Im trying to give him a chance since he shy. I don't know if I should bring up my concerns or just leave it. What should I do? Because I would love to get to know him better. You could make up some random excuse to knock on his door. Or sabotage something in your apartment, say there's a huge spider in your apartment. You get the idea. Either way actual conversation where you can read the body language. You can ask indirect questions so as to not make him feel uncomfortable but allowing him to express himself. Ask him if you look good in something you're wearing as you're not sure. Just generally ask open ended questions that should point to if he is attracted to you.

This is a good idea! He asked me to send him pictures of my outfits and I did and he liked them so I guess he's attracted to me. But I can try to do other things as well!
