I was playing this game with my crush and another friend (well we aren’t really friends) anyways my friend was gettint on me for not going the right direction and my crush said “hey! Stop being so mean to her it’s her first time playing” I’m confused because no guy has really defended me like this? Does this mean anything or does it just mean he is a good friend sorry if I’m reading too much into it
Your crush believed that he understood that you were new to the game. He thought your friend was too harsh on you due to your lack of experience and whaled him on that. It shows the importance of fairness, inclusivity, or understanding to him to which he feels strongly about and got an emotional reaction, whether small or large, to say it.
As of now just a good friend. I remember I was try to teach a guy how to play hearts, and the basics are don't get any hearts or the queen of spades. So that's all we taught him for the first hand, then I shot the moon, and we had to explain that to him, and that nobody really tries to do that because it's hard and generally requires more luck than skill.

Not really... I mean, he definitely has a good vibe about you, but it's not like this is some grand romantic display.
