Should I just move on?

I am very confused about this guy from my school. He used to look at me a lot but now he never looks at me and it actually feels like he avoids eye contact with me. I added him on instagram and he followed me back and he liked my instagram story which was a picture of me. And so i dm'ed him on instagram asking if i could get his snapchat and he gave it to me but it was a very cold answer. He added me back but he never texted me or send me any snap. He watched my snapchat story though. He didn't comment on it or anything. He seems very uninterested. Should i just stop trying cause i feel like i have done everything and i have showed him so much how interested i am and he is just not giving me the same energy back. I live by the quote 'if he wanted to he would' and honestly it doesn't seem like he wants anything to do with me, cause if he was interested he would have at least send me a snap. And i don't want to snap him first cause i already put in so much energy. I should just move on right?

It’s not difficult if you interacted in person first. Something on the electronic media either freaked him out or intimidated him. Either way, he does not think it will work. What has he said to you post the electronic looking⁉️

We have only spoken once, which was by force cause we were in groups together in some sort of workshop. I though we were vibing and that's how i noticed him. We haven't talked since. After the workshop he looked at me a lot but suddenly he stopped and now it seems like he is avoiding eye contact very hard.

i don't think he is interested like that. I probably will just move on. thanks for the advice though

We were in groups together in some sort of workshop and i thought we were vibing. That's how i noticed him. Haven't talked to him since then.

Don't try to get something started through social media, it's a guaranteed fail.

it's not easy to get a conversation started in person as he is a grade below me - meaning we have no classes together and we don't know the same people.

yeah it was a one time thing - a workshop across all grades which only lasted a couple of hours. I honestly think my only option is to move on. Thanks for the advice though.

Only in the hallsways but as said he avoids eye contact completely. I don't even get the chance to smile at him. I don't think he is shy cause as said he used to look at me a lot. I don't know what changed

When i asked for his snapchat on instagram i wrote 'hey is there any possibility i could get your snap?' and an emoji and he just wrote 'you can' - just that. It just immediately gave me the vibe that he wasn't interested even though he liked my instagram story the day before. I'm pretty sure he is a big user of social media so i don't think the fact that i contacted him on media is the issue. I might just not be his ultimate type i guess.

All those things you just rattled off mean NOTHING. You cannot tell if someone is interested just because they like your story... there is also no way to know if he is your 'type' that way either.

it's all i have to go from. I don't have much else to judge from. Usually it is quite easy to tell if a guy is interested cause they will try to interact with you any chance they get - and it is just not the case here. But ofc every guy is different so i can't just assume that.

that's why i am conflicted about whether i should move on or not.
