I have been on dates with him before but we didn't see each other after the 2nd date because he wanted sex and I wanted a relationship. But we continued to talk though he's always been very upset and petty towards me for not chasing him.
Its been over 10 months and he stares at me a lot. He looks at my chest , legs, clothes, accessories etc.
Once I wore a deep red dress and he was walking out and the moment he saw me, he stopped in his tracks and looked at me up and down until I saw him. I also had a situation with him where we were chatting and I wore a dress that was very thin so my bra outline was visible through the dress. I saw he looked at that portion 2-3 times.
He also turns back to look at me these days when he's leaving.
