Disrespected for sure because he is basically saying he sees you as a sex toy, as if you are some inferior being without your vision of the things, not worth even considering (your relationship, your monogamy with him, your feelings for your boyfriend etc). It's very diminishing to say.
Regardless, he says he "can" have you. What? He has you only if you decide so, he cannot have you out of nowhere by his decision only, that's kind of ridiculous to read.
If an ex fling said that to me I'd just not reply, like what the hell, who are you to randomly think and even say that to me? How am I interested to hear your bullshit in your vision of the things? What would I be supposed to say? I would avoid him in real life because this is an aggressive approach so I would expect him to try not respecting me in real life either, through some weird actions. And I'd find his attempt desperate and pathetic, like, resorting to verbal aggression to seduce me? Bah... Sure mate, it's working, "yes".
