i have a co worker i feel a strong connection too. we have flirted before and he stares at me from a far. but sometimes when i’m around it seems like he avoids me. today i had to wear my scrubs to work for a job after my full time job and it seemed like he was completely avoiding me. yesterday he was very flirty. sometimes i just feel like he’s randomly super distant and other times he’s totally into talking to me and flirting. does this mean he has feelings but is maybe scared to fall for me? what do you think

Whoa... slow down lol... I can say with strong confidence that he is NOT worried about falling for YOU. You haven't even gone on a date, in fact you don't even know if he is interested.
What type of workplace are you in with him? Do you ever approach him? Say hello? Or just show up and hope he flirts with you? He isn't avoiding you or anything like that. It's called you aren't the center of his universe, don't take it personally.

i see him a lot during work. he says good morning and stuff but sometimes he’s totally into texting and flirting with me every chance he gets. other times even when we are alone he won’t even speak. it’s like 2 different personalities. the things he says and texts makes me think he’s super interested that day, but the next day it’s like nothing happened.

yes. he started texting me about hooking up after work when no one is there. the next day he was asking me stuff in person like “what you got underneath all those cloths”

“you trying to stay late today to get alone time in the office with me?”
this was all in person. the next day we would be alone in his office , everyone gone and he would act like i never even talked to him before. he wouldn’t even say a thing.
