I know this is popular with girls doing it but unsure with him still following me on Insta and having acted in a way where it seemed like he was playing games multiple times in the past whether it’s a game or not? Is this a case of he’s just not that into you? I muted his stories on Insta last week then he did the same and has now done this

For sure. Once he got mad or upset cuz of 'me', he unfriended me and then added me again 3 or 5 days later, back and forth..
