Like yesterday I met a pretty girl in a bar and she was nice. It was very casual. We ended up talking for a while and I got the impression she liked me and we exchanged instagrams.

I dm’d her the next day saying it was nice to meet her etc.

No response and no reply. So many girls have done this to me before.

No one gives a fuck about me.
Yet I get called good looking etc.

It's because you have no game. Did you talk up an interesting story about how you might want to spend time with her in the future? Are you passively asking for instas instead of phone numbers because you think it's an easier ask? You should always go for the big ask because that signals attraction.

Don't be "casual" with your chit chat. Be flirtatious and purposeful. If you're having problems with that specifically, a good rule of thumb is that you should always compliment something about her looks within the first five minutes. That way she takes you seriously.

I believe every fisherman throws in his line and almost always doesn’t get a fish at first (the one he wants anyway). Women are different and I’d like to believe it depends on which setting you met them. If you meet her in club and how you’ve decided to present yourself is one thing. I’ve never gone to a club/bar myself but I think that girls like that are just looking to be taken care of (which might not be a bad thing) or being given money, the intention is almost pretty much before your eyes. But a girl in a work place or customer in your local sock shop is a different story, no?
