Why would a man behave this way in a office?

I met a man around 35 years old (I'm 24 by the way). We started talking because I asked him for some help at the office that I went. Everything was good at the beginning but he started to act like this, like I will show him something in my phone and he would move my fingers to the side of the phone (he didn't want me to touch my own phone lol) but in a funny way.
Then I asked him for some help on my phone and I made a mistake in it, and he started saying like "I hate you, I hate you" and laugh. Later he gave me a piece of chocolate. I think one hour later I realized he was flirting with me and started to get nervous and I couldn't look at his face without a dumb smile, and he started to be nervous after, and his eyes were like so wide open

He like to be , platfull, childish, he must be an narcissist that he wants all attention on him, so if he caught you in his "web", then you must be careful, as u'll progress, if you try to laugh with "another man" he might be getting over jealous, and then the Real fun starts...🤷‍♂️
