Is it normal for my stepdad to humble me and talk about my appearance?

My stepdad keeps commenting on my appearance unwarranted. He doesn't do any of this to my mom expect to compliment her. He says I'm an 8/10, so I shouldn't be dating below my league or 10/10s either. He also comments on my hair saying my old hairstyles were better. He says I'm too skinny. He says I wasn't blessed with high cheekbones like my mom.

He just makes general comments on my appearance that are unwarranted and irrelevant to the conversation topic- I don't comment on his or my mother's appearance. So why does he do that? Is he trying to humble me or make me feel bad about myself? It's makes me feel awkward.
