Guys, Why my crush teases me with someone, even after I said no several times? Does it mean something?

So there's a guy I really like... he is usually very reserved with others, only recently he started to warm up a little bit. Now one night while we were talking when my another friend came and started saying how I had a crush on another guy (I really didn't, she was just joking) Now from that time, he started teasing me with that guy... even after saying I don't like that guy.. he still keep saying it... what does that mean?
