Girls, would you date a younger guy? why my coworker was excited to ship me with him?

I'm 26, I was just liking to look at him, I thought he was 22, plus he got nice body and tan. then my coworker found out he's 18 years old.. things get funny after knowing his age.. they told me that I look way younger than my age, they started shipping me with him. I kinda uncomfortable with this.

I was hoping he would not know that I like to see him , but he acts different since my coworkers asked one of his group team about him. he was a very quiet person, and talk with low tone. but now , he talk a bit more with his co-workers and a bit louder.
