Guys, Why does a taken man keep flirting with me?

I've been at my job 6 months.

I'm 36 & this man I've been talking to is 42.

First few months we always had a good banter. Into the 4th month we had a work do, which spouses can't come too.

We slow danced & he gave me a look that he was into me.

He comes by my desk a few times to chat, or if he can't he'll give me wink.

We have a full office Christmas party coming up & he asked to dance with me again. Each department has their own Christmas party also, I'm not in his department but he asked me to go to his one.

He comments on my perfume & tells me I look nice.

I know it's bad, but I do like him.

He has told me he's not happy with his current partner.

Should I go to his Christmas party?

Woukd you have a bit of fun? How do I give him a look back that I'm interested too?

The easiest part, is seems to me, is to display to him that you aren't uninterested. That can be done by agreeing to his invitation to dance at the Christmas party.
