My co worker likes me secretly but why does he act this way?

I have this co worker that calls me, texts me, gets jealous when I talk to other guys, he tries to make me jealous etc. I definitely like him too. he’s never officially came out and said he likes me, I can just tell. He’s even begged me to stay in his office asking me to sit on his lap and stuff but then other days plays with me and tells me to get out. He also picks on me too. It’s weird lol sometimes he will say things like “get out” when I walk into his office, but then he starts laughing. Or he will say things like “Im gonna need u to leave my office, don’t breathe, don’t speak to me” blah blah blah. I know he’s messing with me but why in that way? After he acts like this I’ll still get multiple calls from him during the week too. He also brings up me talking to this other guy at work and making him look super jealous. Any reasonings guys? Advice? Lol Also, since he brings up this other man a lot do you think he’s jealous? He says things like “I see you battin ur eyes to that guy at lunch, want me to hook u up or something?” Another thing he has said was “why didn’t you answer me when I called you, I bet you’d answer him” lol he’s totally a playful guy I can tell but whyyyy.

Because that’s how men show affection. You ever had a group of male friends who talked shit to each other but still laughing while doing it? Or did some shit like punch each other in the junk while everyone laughs including the person who got his balls whacked. That’s our way of showing affection. Not this bro I love you bs. That’s how he knows how to show affection. You as the girl have to show him other ways he can express affection w out being so rough. In my family if they don’t tease you or talk shit to you in a joking manner that means they don’t like you. I love known a lot of families who were like that. Men do the same thing. As for him mentioning other men he could be jealous or he’s wanting you to say no, I’d only answer your calls or respond to you. Something to tell him you’re not interested in other men, just him. He may be trying to pry some info out of you as well like whether you’re seeing someone or not. So he may expect an answer like no I wouldn’t talk to that dude I’m dating someone.
