I need some advice regarding my situationship.

We met on IG and spoke for about 1.5 months over text before meeting in person (I was visiting family in another city).
We spoke a lot in that time, sending mostly voicenotes and the conversation was quite deep in understanding each other's values etc
After our 1st date, things still seemed to go well till he became super busy at work and every weekend something came up (work, got sick, family emergency) in between this he would occasionally come visit me when he had a break.
Eventually his responses started becoming less frequent and lower energy which he always would apologize for and say things are so crazy with work and family. I asked him if there was nothing else and gave him 2 opportunities to be clear if he wasn't feeling things which he profusely denied.
He'd take over 24 hours to respond with no heads up, which I wouldn't mind if we were seeing each other but we weren't + not texting so I felt in limbo.
One day I saw he posted on SM and hadn't responded to me in over 24 hours, and when he eventually did respond, he said as usual " sorry my day was so hectic"
I got really annoyed at that point and sent him a vn saying this isn't working for me, we've been in the same city for over a month and he only initiated one date. I know he said his life was chaotic but if you really like someone you'd make time to see them even if it's just for an hour. I told him I needed more, but I can't ask him for that and ended the voicenote saying that I'm not going to, this Just unfortunately isn't working for me.
I sent that on Thursday night. He has not responded at all, but keeps liking my IG stories - Im so confused.
I expected some sort of reaction, even if it was a "have a good life" or even an unfollow. But no response + liking all my IG stories is something I've never gotten before and dk how to interpret it?
