what does that say about me? i see my friends attract guys our age but the guys i attract are older

I don't know that it necessarily says something about you.

I think it depends a lot on the nature of this interest from older guys. It depends if you're talking about guys who are a few years older than you who you meet at school, partying, church or somewhere 'organic': Or if you mean significantly older men giving you attention online. The former suggests perhaps you might be mature for your age, the latter... does not.

I wouldn't read too much into this if I were you.

You know... I'm going to level with you. I took a look at your profile picture, and I am having A LOT of trouble believing that guys your age aren't interested in you. My knee-jerk reaction was to...(how do I say this politely)... not think you have... accurately... assessed the reality of your situation?

Are... you quite sure that this is actually happening? I don't know how to say this without seeming like a jerk... but I think it needs to be said.

Guys your age are interested in you. I don't know you; but your wrong. 😋You do not have trouble attracting guys your own age. I simply cannot believe that's actually happening to you.

It's quite possible guys your age are 'intimidated' by how attractive you are, and so may not have the guts to approach you; or there's some other reason guys your age aren't making it known to you, but I am positive they're into you.

You're an extremely attractive girl. Surely this isn't news to you.

(honestly, this whole thing is leaving me so confused. I'm wondering "who IS this girl, and what's going on in her world/head that's led to HER asking THIS?)

I think older men are better at displaying attraction and putting their feelings into words. I certainly couldn't do at 18 what I do now at 25 so imagine a 30 or 40 or 50 year old.

So I think you feel this way because guys your age are putting themselves in a friendzone with you making it hard for you to see them as anything but.

80% probability it's all in your mind and 20% probability it is the signals you are giving out by indicating to older guys that you are approachable and to younger guys you indicate that you are not interested. That is because very few young guys will approach if you indicate they have no chance.

It is pretty common, older guys are more into me than people closer to my age. It has always been this way.

It can be creepy though since your 18, if way old guys are going for and I don't oppose way older guys, for those 21 and up but for 18 through 21 that seems creepy to me.

I don't think it says as much about you as it does about the guys your age. Possibly that the guys your age think that you're out of their league so they don't try. Or, they're just plain scared of rejection. Or, they see the older guys around you and consider that maybe you want the older guys more.

What is older in your book? It might be that you are a bit more adult than your friends and therefore attract more adult men. I think it is going to be something along those lines that makes older men feel comfortable with you and young men feel out measured by you.

The guys your own age are just stupid when it comes to expressing themselves romantically whereas most older guys already know what they’re doing.

Also, older guys are WAY more desperate for sex, so watch out for that.

1-Your dad doesn't show you enough love or you don't have good relation with your dad.
