My boyfriend acting really... Really weird lately

So he phoned me last night asking where am I... i said i just came home was about to shower.

He was talking nonsense and just mumbling

Triee to pick a fight with me pretending i dont wanna talk to him

I feel he was smoking crack again, because heard him hold his breath while i was talking

He does it when he smokes it

But i feel like i heard another person talk there too

And when i said im going to sleep soon

He said he will be up till late

So... do you think a cheater would be calling his girlfriend while being with another girl

Or he just was high
