This has happened 2 or three times now. But I’ll be doing something with my boyfriend and he’ll go soft and then hard again then soft. There could be other reasons, but most likely it's because he's masturbating a lot. If that's the reason, he probably has the same problem masturbating that he has with you. The "desire" needs to build up a little first instead of constant relief..
