Why did my male friend tell me that I was the most fucked up person he has ever met?

In the past he would tease and flirt with me a lot. He even took my hand and started stroking it and looking in my eyes. He has a girlfriend. I always catch him stealing glances and/or staring intensely. Out of the blue in a group chat I messaged everyone and said it was a pleasure to have met everyone this year. A few days earlier I confided in my friend that I am dealing with PTSD. It was said in confidence. Anyway he was clearly drunk or something but in reply to what I said he posted a clip from a comedy where one of the characters was telling the other one that he was the “most fucked up person he has ever met”. It was very strange and it was like he was trying to bait or provoke me. I didn’t take the bait. Why did he do that? (He has a girlfriend but I still catch him staring).
