What should I do If my boyfriend left me alone on NYE even tho I told him I want to celebrate together?

I've told him several times that NYE is important to me and that I want to celebrate together. He said alright. He ended up leaving to celebrate with his friends.
Later I called and he told me he kept wanting to go a secret because he knew I'd be sad. I was crying over the phone that he hurt me, but he still stayed with his friends till the next day.

Going with him is not an option for me because I'm an introvert and hypersensitive to loud sounds which easily results in migraine (I go to a clinic). He also knows that.

Even If I don't break up with him, maybe I should tell him at least to move out. What do you think? This would have been our first NYE together.
