Age old question, I know, but I'm driving myself crazy so.
Basically there's this guy I've known since elementary school, but we went to different middle schools and lost touch. Now, we're in a couple of classes together in high school. I've had a crush on him for months.
So on the "he's into me" side of things, he's pretty talkative, eats lunch with me every day, remembers tiny little details about my life, literally begs me to stay if I try to leave lunch early, plus he's always asking me things. Like he genuinely believes I know everything. Whenever he has an argument with someone he asks me and just accepts whatever I say even if it goes against him.
But on the other side, in one of our classes together he doesn't talk to me at all, (he has a bunch of friends I don't know in that class.) He never texts me, when I text him he will either leave me on read or respond with the driest of dry texts. He also sometimes completely misses things I say to him. It's like he tunes me out. And then one of his friends tried to get him to ask me to homecoming and he just laughed him off.
I don't know which category these two go in but a, the two of us have this thing going where we mutually bully the crap outta each other, and b, he's fairly popular and I'm not like a social pariah or anything I'm just kind of... existing.
So yeah this is a lot sorry. End of the semester is coming up and I honestly just want some clue so I can decide whether to ask him out, tell him, get over him (unlikely,) or just continue to suffer in silence.
