Why does my ex still watch my snap stories?

I removed my ex on all social media when he broke up with me and we have been no contact since. He recently viewed my tik tok profile and he watches all my snap stories. He didn’t remove me on snap immediately but as I removed him, I couldn’t see any of his stories. He has me removed now but still always sees my stories. I have a private Snapchat but post for everyone to see. He has a new girlfriend now too who was the girl he told me not to worry about. Surely out of respect for his new girlfriend, he shouldn’t be watching?
