How should I send a happy birthday text to a coworker that asked me out?

He actually wanted to see a movie with me on his birthday coming up. I barely know the guy but this past week he texts me like daily and he’s cute he always asks how I am and what I’m doing. I think maybe he has Asperger’s or autism I’m not sure. In person he seems to reply to me super fast if I say hi or ask him a question It feels like he responds before I even finish completely lmao I don't know if it’s just that I’m slow (which I am, like I’m a slow moving/talking person) and my brain thinks time is happening slower than it is or if he’s psychic and already knows what I’m gonna say before I finish. lmao. I really don’t know.

This guy is obviously heavily flirting with you since he seems to be so quick with his replies. Men usually take their time answering. Him being so quick simply means that he is trying very hard to get your attention and from your reaction, he seems to have your attention.

The question is however not so much whether you are slow or not but rather whether you want to continue this game by sending him birthday wishes. You would directly tell him that you are not insensitive to his attempts. Is that really what you want to achieve?

You state that you barely know this guy yet you want to send him a message for his birthday. This is the best way to indicate him that you are indeed interested in him.

Personally, I would not send him anything more than a simple "happy birthday + the name". There is no need to write an entire paragraph or story. It would be misinterpreted.
