There's this cute guy at my new work place and Since I'm new there I was so stressed and distracted I didn't notice him untill he started to stare at me saying hi and goodbyes to me... and since I was sitting next to the door I had to get up in the middle of work and open the door when someone was ringing the bell all the time and then he started to open the door before I get up telling me "let's open the door once you and once me" and he was also getting so busy so he sometimes forgot XD next day he said the same thing when I looked pissed opening the door and I told him "ok but you forget yourrr turns" and he giggled saying "sorry I don't know when is my turn sometimess" next time the door ringed we looked at each other and the person kept ringing the bell non of us got up just giggling in a "I'm NOT GONNA" way and in the end he got up and opened the door saying "ok my turn" and he was sweet appearing from no where all the time and leaving at the same time as me so we were on the elevator together... untill I was moved to another room and he appeared there and said "ohh so who IS GONNA OPEN THE DOOOOR?" and I was like "you :D" after a while all of a sudden he acted so distanced he looked away when I was around while he used to turn around and look at me even when I was talking to someone else... and goes into his phone like he is doing sth VERY IMPORTANT while I know he has nothing to do XD... such a shame he is a good guy... I think I did sth and that was being distracted and not noticing him enough, my job there is very much stressful and sometimes I was so panicked and done with life that I noticed him too late while he was being around doing sth or saying sth to himself or someone close to me... I think he lost hope and he thinks I'm out of reach maybe?
how can I fix it? without being too cringe all of a sudden? bc he was coughing so much once and he walked in the balcony and I asked him "you okay?" he replied "no I'm dying" lol wasn't very friendly anymore...
