I was talking about how I went to a club for my 23 birthday and what not and he was not interested he said “ I don’t want to hear about it” I asked why not and he said “because I’m gonna throw up in my mouth” sounds excessive but I know he was being sarcastic. Guys any knowledge why?
He doesn’t want to think or imagine you with another man. This is normal. It also probably sounds like you’re remember those old memories fondly, and that can come across like you miss the ex, which feels to him like you’re comparing.
Is it really that hard not to talk about it?
So you wouldn't care if he talked about his ex girlfriends?
Imagine the roles being reversed,
How would you feel if he couldn’t shut up about his ex?
He doesn't want reminding that he's getting leftovers.

When you talk about your romantic past to your boyfriend you sound like you are comparing it to him in his mind. He doesn't want to hear about you having a good time with another man.
Probably because he doesn't want to be reminded that you are not his, its just his turn until your hypergamous self chooses to leave him and upgrade..
