Why was my boyfriend giving me a look and when I looked at him he changed his face right away?

The best way I can describe the face he made is when you knit your eyebrows together. He had just got out the bathroom and wash his hands and there’s a mirror in front of him and I was in bed so he was able to see me. I had one hand fixing my lash extensions and I looked his way and he had that facial expression but as soon as I looked he changed his face.
I don't know it kind of made me feel uncomfortable and I ignored it and went straight to the bathroom cuz I had to use it. I decided to take a shower after but I was upset kind of made me feel like he saw me ugly and made that face.
