Some women can be just as hard to please particularly the high maintenance ones. But to answer your question, I think there are certain men that require a lot from a woman and they are the men you don't want in your life. They have unbelievably high expectations that usually means they are in la la land and not based in reality at all. Not all men expect you to be Keira Knightley or Megan Fox who knows how to cook well and give amazing sex and bjs all the time.

I got lucky and got a guy who doesn't expect me to be anything but just myself. Most men like him are simple to please. Just be understanding, caring, a good listener, good at sex and bjs and keep up with your appearance and you're good to go. That's not asking for too much.

If you find it exhausting and that it can't be done then you probably don't understand men and you are taking wrong actions.
The things you are doing aren't what they actually want.
In general men just want a kind, sweet, good natured, loyal girl that is pleasant to be around. She doesn't nag and start drama. She is chill and she is loyal to him. She keeps herself fit and doesn't let herself go and she is invested in their love life.
If she let's herself go physically, argues with him all the time and picks at him and starts drama, isn't in the mood a lot, complains... he'll probably bail.
What are you doing and what is his response that is making you feel men cannot be plseased?

If it's exhausting then you are trying too hard. A relationship should go more smoothly than that.

Relationships can be trying. But this should not be a blame game. It's not about blaming him, or blaming you. It's about finding a person that things go smoothly without exhausting you.

It's not your job to please him. It's not your job to make him happy. It's not your job to make him whole.

It's natural to want to be a better person for your partner. But it should not get to the point that it's exhausting. You should not make yourself a martyr. You can't give more of yourself than you are capable of giving. You need to find a balance without sacrificing your own well being.

It’s not. My girl stays home, doesn’t work. Hasn’t for 14 years. She chooses to be home, cooks, cleans, washes clothes. That’s all I need w sex. I think you’re finding that men are so hard to please because  most  women are creatures of thought/emotion while  most  men are creatures of “in the moment”/not much thought. While you’ll be focused on what needs to be cleaned in the house bc you’re getting overstimulated or burnt out, he’s just focused on what’s for dinner n if y’all are doing the dirty tn. N that  is  exhausting bc then you feel like you’re picking up all the responsibilities of living, alone.
