Why do men irritate me so much?

There’s been a reoccurring pattern wherein I find men talking to me very irritating and annoying. I can’t even believe anything that they say cause my past experiences have shown me how most of them lie unprovoked.

I am aware that not all men are like this but still I have this huge dislike of them and whenever they approach me I get annoyed.

How do I stop this? I don’t wanna be a prisoner of my past experiences and I sure don’t wanna continue judging people based off of my past experiences

Well it sounds like you already know your answer. Men irritate you because you're carrying emotional baggage from past experiences with unrelated men. In order to stop being irritated, you're going to have to learn to let go. Whatever happened is over and one with. Leave it in the past. The people who did it didn't do it because they were men. They did it because they were assholes and being an asshole is not gender-specific. Women also can be, and often are, total assholes as well. Shit happens and if you hold on to it, not only did they ruin your day in the past, but you're letting them ruin every day after, too. Stop letting them control you. Cut it off. Move on.

Keep a guard up, but also be consciously aware in the moment that the guy approaching might not be like the ones you so despise.

You have to go meta. Find the character who really doesn't care and isn't trying to sell anything. The only tough part is finding ones who are attractive -- most of them got beer bellies and well-grown stubbles and beards with food stuck in their beards. If you can spot a really good-looking one in those who don't give a shit, you struck a gold mine.

Well. It’s normal to be irritated if someone approaches at a bad time and it’s nothing important.

But if you hate men. Most good men will stay away from you and you will attract what you are.

Badic understanding that men are nit equal yo your past expirances I would think the reason u get annoyed is u assume there intentions of speaking to you via past experience also
