How do guys feel when they find out there crush knows but they like them?

I'm starting to find out few guys fancy me at work. I don't really say much about it to people and leave it at that. It can be kinda awkward because I don't want to mislead them or hurt their feelings but I just try to carry on as normal and act as normal as possible
