There’s a very cute concierge in my apartment complex, how do I make him feel confident to ask my number?

I might leave this place in 10 days. In the last couple weeks, there’s a new concierge, with longer hair, very bright and dreamy eyes and just very good looking, looks as if he was brought here from a movie set. He is probably 21-22 at max. And what I like the most is that he brightens up every time he sees me, as if he saw the prettiest girl in the world and this cute naivety attracts me a lot.

He has been giving me body language clues that he’s obviously crushing on me a bit, and I do find him ver cute too.

I sometimes forget my elevator card and he helps me, when we are at the elevator, he touches his hair while smiling at me, looks at me shyly and just does everything teenager boys did when they had a crush on me but were too shy to express,

Sometimes I forget clicking the elevator button because I am too caught up with subtly flirting with him and he forgets too and then we stand there smiling at each other like teenagers, he also helps me carry bags sometimes, even though I never carry heavy bags.

I also saw another guy run to him to whisper him something in ear when I was going back to building from outside, and I am 100% sure he told him I was coming 🤣 Because he looked at my side right away.

I might be overthinking but I am sure he has a tiny crush on me, why won’t he ask my number?

I don’t want to date him, I just find him really cute and feel sad to know that he will still wait for me to come back but I won’t come back after 10 days and I’ll never see him again.

I find him cute, because the way he looks at me, makes me feel like I am still a teenager and as if I am the prettiest girl he’s seen. Which obviously isn’t the case, but doesn’t change the fact that the way he looks at me - makes me feel this way.

I think it’s for the better he doesn’t know my number, I enjoy our flirty encounters but can’t see that acquaintanceship leading anywhere.

It's possible he's, like you said, a little nervous, especially if he's only 21-22.

Ok here's a rough idea to help. I think if you were to say to him something like I'm sad to say that I will be moving in ten days, and I will miss our conversations.

Then let him respond. He might ask you out at this point. If he doesn't but says something like me too and doesn't ask you out because he's still too shy then try something like

Well what should we do since we're both going to miss each other?

If he doesn't then say something like let's stay in touch or go get something to eat you have one final thing to try.

Actually ask him out if you really like him. I'm not sure if you're comfortable with that but if he's really shy you could ask him out or say something like if you ask me for my number I'll def give it to you lol.

1. He is working there and you are a resident.

2 . He is younger than you.

So , forget about flirting nonsense and bi - plays , you obviously want to take this dude out , you know it won't work , but you are lusting after this young boy , so dont screw him around with this stuff , get him on your own , and just say " Hey lets go for a drink / coffee - Whats your schedule over next 3 days? " , then give him your number and take the lead , he can't lead , he is a 21 year working there , its common sense and you are sexually attracted , just be honest with yourself and stop playing stupid games.

He's at work. He's probably not going to risk his job by asking a tenant in his building out, even if you are flirting.

I used to work at a gym, and lots of beautiful women came in and I flirted heaps, but I asked out exactly zero of them. Well, actually, I did ask one of them out, but that was because we met outside of my work through a mutual friend that had nothing to do with my work, so I felt free to advance our relationship. But had I not chanced to run into her like that, I would not be risking my job and risk offending or making a client feel awkward after every time she saw me.

If you want to date him, it's up to you to make the move. All those girls at the gym could have had a date, but they needed to make the move being in the position they were in. It's not okay for the worker to approach the client/customer.

Ask him for his number! Its okay to put in some effort yourself. Most guys appreciate it when the girl makes the move because it tells them you actually like them instead of them thinking that they are just being the best choice out of all the dms you get daily probably.

If I was in your position I would just go and talk to him and ask him his number yourself. Thrust me on this and you can thank me later for it when you have succes hihi😇😉
