I’ve been working w my ex but we didn’t date very long (about 2 years ago). He has a girlfriend but we’ve stayed friends in between then but have had our drama occasionally. I noticed he’s been mean to me at work like when I don’t do something right he basically called me dumb and several other things. He’s nice to me sometimes but rude to me at work sometimes for no reason and it’s almost like he's bullying me. I texted him about it but he wasn’t the nicest about it. Why is he like this?
