Is it wrong to kiss another guy when you know someone can be hurt?

I am madly attracted to a guy who doesn’t want relationship. And we both are happy the way that we are, which is friends and mutual benefits. And we both want to kiss each other.

And then there is another guy I know who could get hurt and possibly shatter their self esteem if I kiss my friend.

In this case is it morally wrong to kiss a guy when it can damage the other more?
