For me I'd say:

1. Eat Healthy

2. Drink Water

3. Look after your money

4. Educate yourself

5. Learn to box and wrestle or MMA, Kickboxing jujitsu etc.

6. Learn to use a gun.

7. Exercise.

8. Don't simp

9. Don't chase immoral women or accept shitty treatment from any woman.

10. Know the difference between the women you should f*ck & the girl you should marry.

11. Don't have a victim mentality.

12. Accept personal responsibility.

13. Prep. The government isn't coming to save you.

14. Go to church.

15. Have a code. Honor, respect, dignity.

16. Don't listen to the main stream media.

17. Don't drink the corporate cool aid. Companies are constantly marketing, especially the black community. They put a big name black celebrity or athlete as the face of a product then over charge for it regardless of the quality. Ordinary black folks never have savings no matter how hard they work and never seem to progress. Do what white folks do, they don't got 40 pairs of Nikes in their closet.

I would say first and foremost focus on Jesus. Get saved if you’re not. Focus on doing his will and obeying him and being a pleasing servant to him and seeking him.


After that:


1. Manage your money. Live in your means. Save a significant amount of money for emergencies and other purchases. Stop indulging in instant gratification buys.


2. Be cash and carry. Only finance houses, cars, and school loans. Only take loans out on essential high price items. If you can’t afford it while still saving money, and it not absolutely necessity, save up for it or you don’t need it.


3. Be the best you that you can be. Be as physically fit as you can, gain as much knowledge as you can, be the best Christian you can. Push yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually.


4. Do not be narcissistic, a hedonist or self indulgent constantly. The world doesn’t revolve around you. Maintain self discipline as much as possible in all things. Do not be self centered. You are not the only nor most important person on the planet.


5. You may lack intelligence and talent. All of that can be overcome most times by hard work and dedication. You can accomplish your goals, even if you lack the know how or talent. So long as you have drive and discipline.


6. Be conservative in everything from politics to personal appearance to morals to anything at all.


7. You are not a victim. There is a victim mentality that has pervaded our culture. Sure you might have it rough all the time or just sometimes. Resist the urge of self pity, be objective and figure out how to change things instead of crying about what you don’t have or think you’re entitled to. Life is what you make of it. You are responsible for you. It’s up to you to create the kind of life you desire and it will largely be poor decisions that keep you from that life. Take responsibility for yourselves and all of your life and all you do. It’s the only way to make real change. More often than not it’s you who are your own worse enemy, not others, and not random unforeseen circumstances.


8. Be a good father and husband. It is your duty.

1. Unless you have elite connections or “protected status,” realize that the traditional corporate ladder is probably closed to you. If you hear “we need more women X,” you will probably have a difficult time advancing into those positions. Not everyone can, but if you are a white male try very hard to position yourself into a line of work where there is no HR department.

4. Our elites want you to consume fake stuff and be dependent on it. Do not get addicted to processed (fake) food, do not eat the bugs (fake meat), do not get addicted to porn or only fans (fake sex), do not get addicted to drugs or alcohol.

5. Play a long game when it comes to dating and marriage. The dating market is very difficult for young men. It’s a lot easier for reasonably stable, sort of fit young men in their early thirties. If you can’t find dates today do not worry. Follow your path, build your life, be active in your community, and eventually women will come out of the woodwork.

6. Prepare for dedollarization. Our regime does all it can to keep people atomized and prevent true community. Do the opposite of what the USG wants you to do. This means trying to have some non-dollar assets and be part of an actual community. If you are religious, be active in a place of worship. Learn to garden, just in case food gets very expensive someday.

7. If you want to have a happy family, find a woman who unambiguous in her desire to be a mother and who does not obsess over power dynamics between men and women. Family life doesn’t work when counting the cost and trying to make everything fair. In turn, do all you can to pull your weight in a household if you have a family. Also, don’t be with someone who goes on about how “my kid always comes first.” In a properly functioning household, the bond between the man and woman comes first and this provides the stability that children need.
