Why do other women give me weird Stares?

Whenever I Wear something pretty and feminine (yet Not revealing or provokative) many women in college or at work give me concerned Stares or ignore me/avoid eye contact when I greet them/talk to them. I noticed that some men Go out of their way to Not Look at me. What does that mean?

You might look too Sassy for them, Too higher up, too professional in their eyes, and they cannot compete with that! 🤷‍♂️, who knows we don't know what's your situation at work, nor we can see how you dress up, but if you dress up Smart, that could be the reason.
