My family think I should make a police report lol?

So this guy I was dealing with started acting weird towards me he called me one day saying he couldn’t do this anymore and out of nowhere changed his number two days later I happened to run into him in the car with another girl ( I kinda wasn’t sure if that was him but it’s weird how he called the next day right after I seen him ) . I was sad of course but out of nowhere he called me a month later I noticed a number I don’t know calling me I picked up and it was him calling me from his new number which is crazy to me but guess what? He had me blocked on that one too.. like what was the point in giving me your new number? So we ended up call again and messing around again. He still would block me after talking to me or I couldn’t call him he had to call me cause I was blocked again he even blocked me on Facebook. So I left it alone finally and just changed my number. 3 days later he unblock me on Facebook than inbox me on asking why I changed my number I told him he played a part in why I changed it. So he kept asking for it I told him no. So 4 days later he write me again asking can he ask me a questing I tell him yes go ahead but I’m soon to delete messenger again , he than ask for my number again and I tell him no he than says Nevermind and blocked me on Facebook.
